Hayes Renal Unit is a busy 24 stationed satellite haemodialysis facility based in Grange Road, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 2RR. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for adult patients with renal failure requiring maintenance haemodialysis treatment.
We are seeking to appoint a full time unit administrator to join our friendly team and work in our Renal Dialysis Unit. You must be able to provide administrative support to the clinical team and to be the first point of contact for clients / visitors arriving on the Renal Unit as well as telephone enquiries.
The successful candidate will have;
- Good standard of general education, good spoken English, legible and neat writing skills
- Previous experience within an NHS environment desirable
- Evidence of computer skills,
- Knowledge of Patient Administration systems desirable
- Physically fit to accept and arrange the delivery of supplie
- To provide professional, efficient, comprehensive, confidential clerical and receptionist duties to facilitate the smooth running of the unit.
- To work as a member of the unit team and have the ability to use initiative and work to deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach.
- To work independently planning and prioritising own work and the work to be undertaken by the domestic staff.
