Administrator & Bookkeeper
We are a busy independant garage looking for a Administrator / Bookkeeper.
The role will involve:
- Initial point of contact for the office - managing all incoming calls.
- Processing sales orders and invoices.
- Managing payrole.
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers including:
- Experience working with Sage would be an advantage
- Responding to and managing customer service issues
- Filing, updating records
Experience would be an advantage in the industry but not essential,
Must be reliable and willing to take on the busy challenging role, the ideal candidate would able to work on a job share basis or flexible working hours.
Wage negotiable on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
Salary: £16,959.56-£31,911.44 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Helensburgh, G84 0AU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
