As a Game Master, you'll be responsible for bringing the excitement to our guests, helping them navigate our venue around the state of art games rooms, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. You'll be the face of our company, greeting guests with a smile, answering their questions, and providing guidance and support as they play. Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist guests with game setup and provide instructions.
Monitor game play to ensure safety and fair play.
Answer customer questions and provide assistance as needed.
Address customer concerns or issues in a professional manner.
Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
Assist with event planning and coordination, such as birthday parties or corporate events.
What are we looking for?
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Game Masters! If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and gaming, we want to hear from you. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week
Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
