We operate the Angle Gaming Lounge and Cafe, Angle Axe Throwing Range and Angle Escape.
We're looking to expand the Escape Room in Peterborough, and need some help running rooms. We're looking for a weekend part-time worker to help cover our busier periods - customer service is essential!
Job description
Looking for Games Master to run Escape Room experiences at Angle Escape in their entirety, including strong customer service and room running/resetting skills. Enthusiasm and knowledge of Escape Rooms a benefit.
- Looking for part time workers primarily for evening and weekend work, including holidays.
- 3 month probationary period starting at £9.90 an hour with guaranteed above-inflation annual raises in line with the Living Wage Foundation.
- 9 hour guaranteed contract with additional on-call periods.
- Good English and Maths skills required, as well as strong customer service.
- Looking for passionate individuals with knowledge or experience of Escape Rooms as players or staff beneficial.
- Expected duties include safety briefing and debriefing of customers, general customer service, handling payments if required, running various Escape Room experiences, resetting various Escape Room experiences and general venue maintenance and cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Helping out around other Angle venues as required.
No formal qualifications required if candidate can demonstrate above competencies or knowledge.
