HERE'S THE EXCITING BIT
SENSAS has been very successful since its launch in 2015 in France, and we now operate dozens of venues internationally.
With the successful launch of our first venue in London, we are now looking for a dedicated Game Master to provide the best experience to our guests.
As Game Master, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming our guests and getting them excited about their upcoming experience.
- Providing pre-game briefings and supporting them throughout their visit.
- Individually managing a team and ensuring that guests gain maximum enjoyment during their experience.
- Monitoring game progress and providing hints/help as needed. Our Master of Senses plays a crucial part in the success of the experience.
- Taking the craziest photos of them, debrief afterwards, answer any questions and help guests leave on a high.
- Handling in-person enquiries and bookings.
- Staging and setting up our Sensory Labs.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling in-person enquiries and bookings, from e-mailing to invoicing.
- Opening and closing the venue.
- Staging and setting up Sensory Labs.
- Planning and distributing tasks and objectives to Game assistants.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with guests, companies, suppliers andpartners (i.e. local charity).Ensuring the correct use of the Tiller / SumUp checkout system.
- Planning and inventory management for consumables, everyday needs, etc.
- Animating social networks, including writing articles for the website.
- Ensuring the venue is safe and sanitised, and that Sensory Labs are kept to impeccablestate of cleanliness.
- Prospecting customers: companies, schools, charities, etc.
- Carrying out small repairs or special decorations as required (e.g. Halloween).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic with great communication skills. Someone energetic who is able to steadily deliver an unparalleled experience to our guests.
You need to be comfortable speaking in front of groups of up to 15 people and holding their attention. Ideal candidates will have some performance / acting background or front-facing customer service and sales experience.
