What’s the opportunity?
Our Furniture Upholsterers are responsible for visiting our customers in their home to assess and repair furniture. The role also involves completing pre-delivery service repairs within our distribution network. This is a field based role where you will be responsible for managing your own workload.
What does the role involve?
This role covers Doncaster
- Visiting our customer’s homes and using your knowledge, skills and experience to repair furniture
- Contacting customers the evening before the appointment advising his/her approximate time of arrival
- Completing pre-delivery service repairs within our distribution network
- Communicating with the Upholstery Manager and After Sales Department to proactively assist in reporting on product issues and working techniques to help maintain and develop product quality and working systems
- Completing all related tasks as planned by the Upholstery team and Aftercare department
Who are we looking for?
The most important thing for us is that you’re the right fit for our team. Upholstery knowledge is required for this position and some customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

- Full driving licence
- Upholstery knowledge is essential for this role.
