Job description
The main purpose of this position is to deliver our merchandise to customers on time and in good condition. The ideal candidate will use a company vehicle to drive, pick-up and deliver merchandise. Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made correctly and on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries of kitchen / bedroom furniture to customer properties.
- Collect any rubbish that's left from our installation team and dispose at our on-site skip.
- Collect any appliances from our suppliers if needed.
- Kitchen/bedroom cabinet making in quiet periods of business is an advantage but not required.
- Be able to drive under pressure.
Starting salary from £24,000, experience and other skills will increase this and can be discussed at the interview stage.
