A leading city law firm is recruiting for a Funds lawyer at Associate NQ + PQE to join their Financial Services and Funds team, offering high levels of responsibility, work life balance and development, with clients including global investment managers and international family offices.
In this team there will be the opportunity to work under highly regarded Partners, and advise on investment funds offering, with a focus on closed - ended alternative investment funds, while taking on responsibilities including advising on: co - investments, carried interest arrangements and prospective investors into alternative funds.
Previous experience in a Funds role is not necessary, however a successful candidate will have a keen interest in becoming a funds lawyer, and will demonstrate a good understanding of financial services and regulation. Candidates with experience in Corporate Law and Financial Services roles are encouraged to apply.
Australia, New Zealand and International law firm experience is accepted.
