Head of Fundraising
This is a truly fantastic opportunity to transform the capability of a well-respected and supported local Charity, being 45 years strong, 2024.
The role would ideally suit a professional from a fundraising background, however skills in business management, operations, business development, sales, marketing, and customer service would also be advantageous. Training will be provided.
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and innovative individual to join the Hospice as our Head of Fundraising, with an energic approach to driving forward our operational fundraising activities, events, campaigns and income.
This is an exciting time for the Charity during a period of sustained growth, and we are now ready, with your help to take our aspirations to the next level.
You will be responsible for overseeing the continued success of the key fundraising activities across the Hospice functions, including corporate and community fundraising, individual giving, legacies, the Hospice lottery, gift aid and events. You will also work closely with the Communications team in promoting and harnessing new approaches to fundraising.
As a core member of the Operational Management Team, you will report to the Deputy CEO as a key contributor to the management of Income Generation.
The hours can be flexible if required to suit the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be joining a Leadership Team who will support you so that you are able to flourish in the role, alongside being a key player in the wider St Andrew’s Hospice community.
