Salary: £24,894- 26,200
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a point of contact for apprentice time and attendance activities and administration of time & attendance monitoring and reporting, including the maintenance of absence trackers and escalation to Capability Leads
- Support work activities across the team as required, for example the co-ordination of placement planning or the ordering of apprentice work wear etc
- Provide specialist and administrative support to the Early Careers & Skills e.g. responding to queries, record keeping, maintaining adherence to policies
- Support additional projects e.g. recruitment process, induction process, internal and external celebration events
- Update and maintain management information systems and create and provide reports to support the Early Careers & Skills programmes
- Pro-active in identifying improvements to processes
Your skills and experiences:
- Excellent IT Skills in particular Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with data with a focus on data accuracy
- Previous administration experience with the ability to coordinate, plan and organise tasks appropriately
- Excellent communication skills- you will be dealing with both apprentices and internal stakeholders within the business
- An understanding / knowledge of Early Careers would be desirable
