Fund Operations Assistant
Permanent, Location: Edinburgh/Witham/Peterborough

The Investment Operation team supports the customer service delivery of AEGON’s platform proposition and therefore is key to the future success of our business. The Operations team must form strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the service provided is seamless and meets all regulatory requirements.
Support investment operational processes and procedures for fund launches, changes and restrictions
Data provision to support the common share class register including end to end controls and validation of data
Provide support to internal stakeholders by providing timely and accurate fund launch and change data and instructions
Support and provide periodic collation of fund data for scheduled quarterly and annual review processes
Assist with the adherence to the investment control framework and operational capabilities

A competitive salary from £24,160 - £36,240, depending on the experience you can bring
A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
