Responsibilities:
You’ll probably need to demonstrate at least some experience with;
- Pre-sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid-response writing
- Requirements gathering, writing and evolution through business process identification, analysis and re-engineering
- Functional analysis including effective business architecture and appreciation of the cyclical approach to solution identification
- Understanding the capabilities (and limitations) provided by Dynamics 365 CE out of the box, from form design to solution management
- Understanding the capabilities available using out of the box connectors and integrations in the Microsoft Business Systems platform
- Implementing business and technical environment change safely and effectively, with the support of the Solution Architects and the Project Office
- Creating clear and effective documentation across multiple channels
- Using a hands-on approach to ensuring timescales are met
- Environment setup and configuration
- Training end users and admins in the use of Dynamics 365 CE and linked systems (such as Power BI, Power Apps, Flow)
- Other tasks as reasonably requested
Required Skills:
- Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configuration
- Any experience with MSE or other Dynamics ecosystem technologies
- Microsoft certifications, e.g. multiple MCPs or an MCSE
- Understanding the Microsoft Dynamics product portfolio and its licensing
Desirable Skills:
Candidates are expected to have some of the following skills;
- Agile development methodologies, esp. Scrum
- Development in C# and JS to extend CRM
- Office 365 Management, esp. Exchange and SharePoint/365 Groups
- Office 365 portfolio implementation inc. AzureAD
- Source control appreciation, esp. GIT
