Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Remote

The individual will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Marketing Team, and will help maintain good relationships with multiple clients. You will be acting in a marketing administration and support capacity which may include lead gen, social media campaigns and processing of new leads on the company CRM system as well as content creation.

What is the role?

●You will be targeting organisations in specific sectors with marketing campaigns and promotional materials to establish if there is an interest from them to join as a member.

● You will be predominantly using social media platforms to network and refer any potential leads on to our sales team to be converted.

● You will be referring website enquiries to members where applicable as well as contacting providers for marketing articles to be published on the CPD website.

● The successful applicant will be arranging industry-focused newsletters and campaigns whilst also being responsible for website administration and support.

● You will be required to assist in creating new marketing content and article creation across a range of subjects.

● You will contribute to company page growth and engagement on social media platforms.

● You will collaborate with internal teams to improve consumer experience and member services.

Who is best suited to this role?

● The Ideal applicant will have 3 A-levels (A-C) or above.

● You must be able to quickly understand new information and apply this to future campaigns.

High level of oral and written communication. Previous experience in creating online content such as blogs or essays would compliment the high literacy requirements of this role.

● You will have good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office software as well as CRM platforms. Previous experience in an office-based environment would suit the admin responsibilities of this role.

● Maintain good relationships at all levels, being able to make a positive impact with colleagues and clients and generally possessing excellent customer service skills.

● You must have a good understanding of social media & marketing. Previous Experience would be beneficial.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Desirable Skills

● Experience of supporting relationships for multiple members as well as the ability to use CRM systems and marketing tools. Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role or lead gen role would also be welcomed.

Knowledge and interest in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) would be a great benefit.

● You should be able to learn or have knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, website analytics tools, (e.g. Google Analytics).

● Previous content creation / writing background and experience is welcomed.

● The ideal applicant will be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, and you will understand or have experience in email marketing campaigns and business social media
