Job description
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be able to work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.15-£10.50 per hour
