Job description
This position is responsible for serving food and beverages to patrons in a timely and efficient manner. Our servers and serveres will be expected to handle customer service issues with poise and professionalism. The successful candidate will have previous experience waiting tables, be well versed in menu options and pricing, and customer service etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper bar service and control at all times.
- Ensure that all food and drink is served at appropriate temperatures.
- Be aware of customers' needs, preferences, and pace of service.
- Communicate with management about customer satisfaction and any problems.
- Handle complaints from customers.
