Job description
We are looking for a full time support worker to work in our residential home in New Addington, Croydon. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families in a residential environment that support the service users' needs.
Our residential home currently supports 11 individuals. The centre is split into two buildings and is run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support workers help the service users to complete their everyday routines, prepare meals, as well as help them learn essential home skills such as doing the washing and making the bed. The service users regularly use the other Croydon day services.
Being a support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

Hours of Work: Up to 40 hours per week. We promote a flexible rota system to create a healthy work/life balance for our staff. Where possible we ask staff to work 1 weekend in a month.
We offer a competitive salary , overtime opportunities paid at an enhanced rate of £10.50 per hour and a sleep in premium at £50 per night for staff.
