Full Time In House Social Media Executive & website management
Multiple award winner House of Mika Couture requires a Social media and Influencer Executive & Website executive to join our fast-paced business to help and deliver an impactful and integrated social and influencer strategy. Experience isn't essential as full training will be given.
The successful candidate is responsible for identifying and creating influencer opportunities, as well as developing the social strategy ensuring company targets and objectives are met.
Once successful and the probation period ends this role will turn to a more permanent role with more benefits.
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the owner to create an engaging social media strategy, meeting the needs and interests of our audience
- Working and managing on our influencer outreach program, consistently looking for new opportunities and ways to work with influencers, outside the box thinking
- Ongoing influencer management, ensuring all influencer requests, emails and DMs are replied to in a timely manner, maintaining relationships with the influencers
- Day to day management of all our social media channels, ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest promotions and contents as well as run in line with the overall social strategy
- Briefing on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and other content and promotional stories, coming up with new ideas to keep our audience engaged and ensure that we are tying in with current events
- Creating, filming and editing engaging video content for all our social media platforms including TikTok and Reels channels ensuring we have a strong presence on the platform, coming up with new content ideas and ways to maximise views and engagement.
- Responsible for social content creation at all key events including campaign shoots and influencer/press events
- Working solo or part of a team to drive growth and to implement creative campaigns across all social platforms, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and events
- Remain reactive to key events, national days, and media relevant to our audience, coming up with new innovative ideas to tie in with key events and engage with not only our audience but influencers and celebrities too
- Creating posts, stories, captions and everything else that is required for social media and doing so in accordance to the timetable set.
- Daily admin tasks such as replying to messages, sending out any gifting, celebrity and PR requests, ensuring they reach all individuals on time to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on all social activity including posts, growth, traffic, influencer, competitors, and event round ups encouraging a social-first culture within the team
- Drive ‘out of the box’ thinking when it comes to interacting with our audience and able to adapt to change within social media, making sure the brand is ahead of the game when it comes to new platforms and new communication tools
- Ongoing support/lead with any campaign or collaboration execution
- Must be available to work a few hours on the weekends or a minimum of one Saturday or Sunday a week to capture the busy store.

Requirements:
- A passion for social media and digital marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning and organisational skills able to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong understating about our market and consumer mindset
- A mature and extremely ambitious individual with a creative flair
- Eager and dedicated, taking initiative of specific directives
- Take an “always on” approach to work
- A deep and passionate interest both in fashion and popular culture
- You collaborate well and bring a positive energy to the team
- Highly confident in presenting to and working with senior team members
- You will ensure all content calendars across social are in line with the brand vision and business commercial goals.
- Sourcing, editing & posting picture and video content for social media

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £6.00-£10.50 per hour
