In that time, we have introduced hundreds of exquisite clothing brands to our customers via our shops and online retail site.At Zee & Co we take shared pride in providing excellence service to our Customers as well as treating colleagues with respect and integrity.With our talented team we can offer you the opportunity to develop and become a key member within our business.We are open seven days a week and the successful candidate may work any five out of seven days a week including weekends, and on a rota basisIf you have enthusiasm, drive, a passion for luxury fashion, and are interested in a career at Zee & Co, we have the following vacancy:Full-Time Retail Sales AssistantKey Contribution Areas:Delegate tasks to your team within the storeLiaise with the store manager and provide management cover as requiredActing as a first point of contact to customers, offering a personal service supported by a great range of productsAsk open questions to find out the customers needsMaintain a customer focused environment at all timesRecommend products to customers, and locate any customer requestsProvide customers with information about any in-store promotions and store informationProcessing cash and card payments on our EPOS systemThrough training, maintain a knowledgeable and accurate understanding of the EPOS systemBe aware of latest fashion trends and remain fully updated on product knowledgeEnsure that store standards are adhered to, and the stores is fully prepped for the next working dayLiaise with other Zee & Co branches and head office when requiredComply with all Zee & Co policies and procedures at all times.This list is non-exhaustive.Personal Qualities and Requirements:Good supervisory skillsFlexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the Company as requiredAbility to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with a can-do attitudeBe fashion conscious and be up to date with the latest fashion trendsHave a passion for fashion retailHigh level of personal energyExcellent communication skills both written and oralExcellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSocially-focused; with a helpful attitudeGood team player with ability to build and maintain relationshipsBe able to work any five days out of seven days Monday - Sunday.Previous retail experience 1+ yearsJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £17,000.00-£23,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In personReference ID: 071023KS
