We're looking for a creative artworker with good attention to detail.

Our candidate will be working closely with our busy creative team to produce: a wide variety of artwork for print and digital projects; visual concepts; supporting the studio manager and creative artworker, adhering to processes and monitoring quality of output.

You will be really creative but diligent in working to brand guidelines, you will have a good eye for layout and typography, meticulous attention to detail and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Other programme knowledge will be a benefit.

Role:

  • Taking a brief, in consultation with our in-house business development/account management team
  • Creating artwork based on the brief
  • Proofing the artwork
  • Preparing materials for print using Adobe Suite software
  • Follow workflow assigned jobs in a prioritised fashion and within the agreed deadline
  • Prepare proofs and artwork as per clients briefs and to customer brand guidelines
  • Operation of MAC and PC software
  • Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Works on different projects simultaneously
  • Works well under pressure and on own initiative

Key skills include:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of digital and print production (able to respond well to difficult creative and production challenges)
  • Skillset for retouching
  • Good Office skills, Mac and PC Platform (PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong understanding of layout and typography
  • Ability to follow and work within brand guidelines
  • Able to manage time efficiently and to ensure artwork is delivered on time
  • Well organised and resourceful (ensuring inhouse processes are followed)
  • Confidence to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Be proactive in improving skillset and studio processes

You must be currently eligible to work in the UK and have a driving license. The role is full time, at our office in Basingstoke.
