Hart’s Hotel Nottingham are currently seeking a part-time and full-time receptionist. The successful candidate will be of a sunny and friendly disposition and of smart appearance. All applicants must be fully literate and numerate and have an excellent telephone manner. Duties will include greeting and assisting with all enquiries and reservations, in person, by email and on the phone. The position also requires the ability to administer billing procedures and to handle cash correctly and carefully. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a busy working office with multiple phone lines and a high level of customer contact is preferred.
