Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contracts, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to termination
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure that all contract-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor contract performance to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations
- Develop and implement processes to improve contract management efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience working in Utilities Sector preferably in Telecommunications
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
