Job description
The available full time position requires a receptionist who will be front of house and the first point of contact for clients attending our Cleveleys office. The role will consist of general administrative and receptionist duties which include dealing with incoming telephone calls, and visitors to the office.
The applicant must be a proactive team player with a personable and positive approach. Previous experience as a receptionist in a law firm is preferred.
Other duties include but are not limited to:-
- Ordering stationery and refreshments for the office
- Booking appointments and meeting rooms
- Archiving files
- General administrative support to fee earners
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 3LP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
