We are looking for people who are kind, compassionate, conscientious and have a passion to help others, to join our award-winning team in your local community. Covering Lincoln and surrounding villages. (No experience required; full in-house training provided)

We currently have full time, part time and bank hours available. Applicants must be flexible, prepared to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends.

A full UK driving license and own car is essential.

We don't offer 'pop in/pop out' visits, almost all our clients have a minimum 1-hour call, allowing you to provide them with the best quality of care. Our runs are put together so that you know the clients you go out to every day, and we will also introduce you to all new clients you will be visiting, allowing us and you to provide a consistency of care that will allow you to develop strong relationships with the clients and their families.

The role:

Whilst promoting the independence of all our clients and in meeting their individual care needs, our Unique Health and Wellbeing team members must be willing to:

  • Assist/provide personal care
  • Provide nutrition and hydration support
  • Support with medication needs
  • Assist in domestic duties
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • To liaise with management, and report concerns relating to client heath and well being
  • Be able to work a flexible working pattern on a Rota basis
  • have ability to use initiative in any given situation
