Robinsons is going through a major redevelopment over the next 6 months and we hope to increase our work force of both full and part time staff. Therefore we have vacancies opening regularly for General Assistants (37.5hrs). Please note this position is FULL TIME
We are seeking reliable and motivated applicants with a good track record of attendance and timekeeping. Team work plays a significant role working in retail
This position is on the shop floor making up shelves and serving customers in what would be best described as your typical retail assistant role (tills and merchandising). Shifts for this position vary to include 6.30am - 2.30pm / 7.00am - 3.30pm / 8.00am to 4.30pm and 9.00am - 5.30pm. There are no evenings and no Sundays on this contract and although there is a Saturday shift of 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am - 4.00pm we build in weekends off on a long term rota, with up to 10 weeks of advance notice
The positions are permanent at Robinsons Supermarket, Ballymena, a busy independent supermarket forecourt on the Cullybackey Road. Our new shop should be complete and ready to open by Summer 2023. This will in turn provide opportunities for our staff seeking further responsibility such as category supervisors and team leaders

Weekly Pay 18- 20 ~ £8.50ph / 20 - 22 ~ £9.18ph / 23 + ~ £9.50ph
We supply staff with uniforms, on site parking and discount on inhouse deli/hot food. As mentioned we also offer a long term rota (up to 10 weeks) and ensure all staff get at least one weekend off per month (typically every third weekend off)
Please note that these positions involve responsibilities for which candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years on or before 10/2/23. Open to residents of Northern Ireland who can commute to the premises on time for each shift pattern (we do not operate a national relocation program)
