Alton Towers Resort is now recruiting for Full Time Food & Beverage Assistants
With a huge variety of food units and restaurants spread across the Alton Towers resort, there are plenty of roles that you could be working in. From Woodcutters Bar & Grill where we freshly prepare delicious meals, to the UK's first Rollercoaster Restaurant, we have something for everyone. This is a fun role where you will continue to develop your skills. Many of our assistants eventually move into more senior roles.
You could be working in one of our restaurants, or alternatively making our delicious donuts or serving coffee. We have so many roles, and will find the role that's right for you and is fun!
We have customer facing roles available for those that love interacting with our guests and kitchen based roles for people who just love working with food!

What does this role entail?
You will be offering the park visitors the best possible customer service in an efficient manner, serving food and drink. You could be working in a front of house role, or working behind the scenes helping prepare the ingredients for our fantastic meals. We will aim to get you into the most suitable role possible and provide you with the required training.
- Processing orders on tills (training provided)
- Providing excellent dietary and menu knowledge
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food and drinks orders
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Providing our guests with the best possible service
