Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript)

Hybrid in Swansea (2 days a week) - Salary up to £45,000

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring a comprehensive approach to software development.
  • Take the lead in designing and developing software applications, with a focus on both front-end and back-end functionalities to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
  • Implement visually appealing and responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience through the utilization of modern front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of database schemas, optimizing data integrity and performance using back-end technologies and programming languages like Node.js.
  • Enhance application functionality by integrating external services and APIs, guaranteeing smooth communication between front-end and back-end components for an exceptional end product.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer or in a similar role, presenting a strong portfolio of successful projects to demonstrate your expertise.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to exhibit your technical skills.
  • Solid understanding of back-end technologies and programming languages, particularly Node.js, to support your role in database development and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies to highlight your collaborative approach and familiarity with industry practices.
