Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new tech hub in London. You will work closely with our Technology team in Tel Aviv and will be part of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team, determined to develop new solutions that have the potential to transform the future of financial services.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, implement and own server components end-to-end, hosted on our AWS infrastructure that make up our award-winning platform. The role will also require you to look of ways to optimising and constantly improving the scalability of our platform as our buisness continues to grow.

You will be collaborating with a global tech and product teams, interfacing with other groups around the globe and join a rapidly growing FinTech community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and be accountable for Frontend and Backend components, design and develop features end-to-end.
• Be accountable for quality, performance, scalability and security of system components
• Adhere to highest development standards – including clean code methodologies, code reviews, unit tests and integration tests.
• Research and experiment with new technologies and advocate proper adoption

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in Full-Stack development with proven practical experience designing and building web application end-to-end.
• Well versed in modern Front-End technologies, including Angular and React & next.js
• A strong understanding of test driven development and practical experience of writing unit tests using Karma & Jasmine
• Experience using Java and Spring framework
• Experience building distributed systems on Cloud, AWS is an advantage
• Passionate about technology, ability to research new technology, determine best practices and educate other developers
• Ability to work independently and proactively come up with innovative solutions
• Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
