Full Stack Web Developer – Remote working
£45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
MacArthur Recruitment is seeking an experienced and project delivery focussed Full Stack Web Developer, who is confident through the .NET environment, for a successful small consultancy in the Sheffield area. You could either be based nearby or anywhere in the country and will work remotely in either case. eg home, own office, etc.. 40 hours a week with some flexibility in start and finish times within a working day (eg starting and finishing sometime between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday).
Overview of the role of Full Stack Web Developer :
You will be part of a small team working on various projects with a current focus on a migrating a legacy .NET MVC/Framework application to VueJS and .NET 7, utilising MS SQL Server in particular, although various technologies will be used depending on projects.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, a self-starter, able to deliver - architectural questions and blockers are fine, but you must be able to work with the required toolset proficiently (.NET, VueJS, MSSQL). Delivery focussed approach.
You will be happy working autonomously, be able to write maintainable code to deadlines.
Your experience for the role of Full Stack Web Developer :
- .Net (framework and most recent), Vuejs, MS SQL Server - mandatory
- Windows Server experience would be a bonus
- Commercially experienced and capable of delivering to varying project deadlines
- Enthusiastic with a flare and energy for the technology, problem solving and delivery to client’s specifications
- Comfortable speaking directly with and working with clients
- Self-sufficient
Project overview for the role of Full Stack Web Developer :
The current, and on-going project, is for a manufacturing client who are transitioning their MRP system from a .NET framework to VueJS and a .NET API. Various older systems must be worked into this system. There are also plenty of other projects in flight, including their our own SaaS products for example, so you will have opportunities to learn or expand your skillsets.
As our client also make extensive use of Golang in other projects, and are experienced in cryptocurrency node development you will have an opportunity to learn or develop these skills if desired.
