Location: London, Covent Garden, Hybrid working
The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for the fulfilment and successful delivery of our digital advertising campaigns across the business, and any associated optimisation and reporting tasks, whilst delivering first-class service to all stakeholders. You will be comfortable working with internal sales, marketing & editorial teams and communicating directly with clients, agencies & suppliers where required, You will oversee campaign delivery from beginning to end for our portfolio of brands across all relevant platforms.

Key tasks & responsibilities:*
- Undertake daily campaign fulfilment requests, proactively monitoring, reviewing & setting priorities according to business need, volume & urgency.
- Provide campaign & availability reporting insight that both meets the needs of clients and supports the business to make best-informed decisions & proposals.
- Maintain campaign-related delivery schedules across all applicable platforms.
- Ensure best practice guidelines & standards are upheld to drive operational efficiencies & consistencies.
- Provide subject matter expertise surrounding campaign deliverables, whilst optimising & troubleshooting campaigns were applicable, to enable maximum performance output.
- Build strong relationships across the business, identifying commercial opportunities that the business can capitalise on.
- Play a key-role surrounding growth of the Ad Operations function across the business, supporting additional resource in place that supplements the function.
What we value:
Knowledge
- Strong background in Google Ad Manager a must.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce and any email marketing suites a bonus.
- Good working knowledge of HTML & JavaScript.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record of digital experience in online publishing, digital agency or equivalent.
Skills & abilities
- Strong analytical approach and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload, and work quickly & accurately in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams & external sources.
- Proven success in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Experience
- Experience working in a comparable Ad Operations role would be advantageous.
- A B2B background desirable, but not essential.
