Working in a fast paced ever revolving environment delivering first class customer expectation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure that all tasks and customer orders are fulfilled within required timeframe.
- Pro active approach to planning resource in line with order activity with the relevant department heads.
- Ensuring KPIs are achieved in-line with the agreed specifications and time periods.
- Planning and managing the Web fulfilment team and other warehouse teams ensuring resource is in place to ensure tasks are fulfilled
- Creating daily/weekly people schedules.
- Managing, training and coaching team members to ensure they are fully equipped to fulfil their tasks.
- Monitoring task progress and productivity at regular intervals.
- Reporting findings to the senior management team.
- Picking and packing KPI s are paramount achieving daily is a key goal.
- Consumable inventory control.
- Stock inventory investigation and control
- Ensuring full compliance at all times of company policies and procedures, standards, and legislation
- Communicating with and building relationships with external third parties, suppliers, and internal departments on all aspects of the business
- Undertake and reasonable assigned ad-hoc tasks.
