Fulfilment and Customer Service Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily fulfilment of Weatherbys and third-party products and services through the administration and dispatch of letters, bespoke mailshots, and publications to agreed timeframes.
- To assist with the daily running of the post room and Goods in services.
- Hand closing of a variety of items for a high-profile client base that will include, Cheltenham Racecourse, Royal Ascot and The Kennel Club.
- Taking and processing customer orders and queries via telephone, email, and online platforms with exceptional levels of customer service.
- Data input using a range of customer databases.
- Coordinate courier deliveries for larger dispatches.
- Record and generate invoices to high standards of accuracy within agreed timeframes.
- Supporting Post Room services, including the sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing UK and Overseas mail.
- Adhere to company policies/guidelines around customer and financial data handling in compliance with GDPR and current law.
- Ensuring timesheet records are completed accurately.
- To provide support to other areas of the department as and when required.
- To ensure the companies Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- Providing a variety of physical fulfilment services from pick and pack to bespoke hand enclosure both in addition to digital fulfilment services.

- Having the ability to continually learn, take on feedback, try new things, adapt, grow and change with the business.
- Strong organisation skills and being able to work as part of a team are key.
- Ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Ensuring the fulfilment and order taking services provided to all clients are executed correctly and accurately avoiding reputational damage.
