Are you looking to join a dynamic and thriving business based in the heart of Birmingham? Our client is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join its dedicated team.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 500 members of staff.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Payroll processing
Inputting new starters
Production of leavers
Inputting timesheets to Sage payroll
Printing and balancing of reports
Production of pension reporting
Bacs payments
RTI processing
DBS and Credit Checking
Pay Tax and National insurance enquiries
Managing email payslips
Maintain holiday records, including zero hours, annualised hour recordings

To be considered for the position of Payroll Administrator, you will require:

Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll processing role
Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, and relevant regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error-free payroll processing
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee queries and build rapport

This role is 100% office based in Rubery, Birmingham. The ideal candidate should live locally.
