Are you looking to join a dynamic and thriving business based in the heart of Birmingham? Our client is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join its dedicated team.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 500 members of staff.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 500 members of staff.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Payroll processing
- Inputting new starters
- Production of leavers
- Inputting timesheets to Sage payroll
- Printing and balancing of reports
- Production of pension reporting
- Bacs payments
- RTI processing
- DBS and Credit Checking
- Pay Tax and National insurance enquiries
- Managing email payslips
- Maintain holiday records, including zero hours, annualised hour recordings
To be considered for the position of Payroll Administrator, you will require:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll processing role
- Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error-free payroll processing
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee queries and build rapport
