Are you looking to join a dynamic and thriving business based in the heart of Birmingham? Our client is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join its dedicated team.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 500 members of staff.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Payroll processing
  • Inputting new starters
  • Production of leavers
  • Inputting timesheets to Sage payroll
  • Printing and balancing of reports
  • Production of pension reporting
  • Bacs payments
  • RTI processing
  • DBS and Credit Checking
  • Pay Tax and National insurance enquiries
  • Managing email payslips
  • Maintain holiday records, including zero hours, annualised hour recordings

To be considered for the position of Payroll Administrator, you will require:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll processing role
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error-free payroll processing
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee queries and build rapport

This role is 100% office based in Rubery, Birmingham. The ideal candidate should live locally.
