ROLE

The fulfilment team member will support the ecommerce operations from filling, packing and shipping orders both for our website and for Amazon. The ultimate goal of this position is to ensure that we are fulfilling orders in a timely manner that is at the right cost whilst optimising the processes that will deliver tangible benefits to the wider business. Each currently defined area (Logistics, Replenishment, Packing,) will have KPIs to demonstrate key deliverables. Starting pay is NMW but bonuses given out on excellent performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Able to replenish stock for shopify in a timely manner
● Able to understand the steps involved in replenishing the stock for

Amazon and executing each step in a timely manner
● Find ways to increase quality of customer service and deliver customer satisfaction
● Find ways to increase performance and improve processes
● Perform quality controls and monitor relevant KPIs
● Ensure an efficient and organised space
● Updating relevant stock spreadsheets and preparing relevant documents for deliveries (Good IT Skills)

RESULTS
● We maintain inventory levels that prevent stock-outs, but don't create an surplus
● Up-to-date metrics are always available when needed
● Receiving 5 star customer reviews for service provided
● Satisfied customers even when an issue has arised as they were well taken care of.
● Shopify orders are going out in a timely manner
● Amazon pallets are getting sent out on time and according to the shipping schedule
● Shopify orders do not exceed 2% error rate

REQUIREMENTS

● Experience working within a warehouse is highly preferred

● Outstanding organisational skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Takes initiative and a self-starter
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and achievement-oriented
● Has a growth mindset
● Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
● Proficiency in Excel, Word and Gmail is highly
