We're looking for a strong Assistant General Manager who is keen to progress quickly into their own site, and who is driven to help us ensure every guest gets the high standard of service and high quality of food we're staking our growth on.
Our absolute dream candidate for this role:
- confidence to lead a buzzing atmosphere while maintaining high levels of service
- absolute guest focus, able to make a table's night!
- decent bar skills or keen to develop in this area
- a knack for developing people and leading a team
- wide set of skills and able to turn a hand to a number of aspects of the job

Our head honcho is from Dallas, and on moving to London was disappointed to not be able to find the authentic Tex-Mex he enjoyed in Texas - and while there might be easier ways to get a craving fix - here we are!

In addition to the competitive salary we also offer monthly bonus based on KPIs, and the stock options of the completion of your introductory period.

Salary: £37,500.00-£41,000.00 per year
