Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks is a fresh London fashion brand totally independent, style-obsessed and passionate believers in bricks-and-mortar boutiques as well as streamlined digital shopping. Our design-led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion meaning a constant feed of exciting new stuff to try on, helped along by the most dedicated and on it staff-turned-stylists on the planet. With the recent launch of our ecommerce site and flagship store expansion, we are focused on scaling our existing channels and opening additional stores all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic, stylish atmosphere in store and strong customer focus.
THE ROLE
The Fulfilment Assistant will be responsible and detail-oriented, with an understanding of how to work quickly and take care in picking and packing. Reporting into the Fulfilment Coordinator, this role is perfect for someone with order fulfilment/stock room experience who likes a fast-paced work environment and will work well with a warm, friendly, on-it digital team that goes above and beyond to please customers. Each day is highly structured with key operating requirements, so this successful candidate will enjoy structure and order. As you will be responsible for the parcels that you dispatch, you must be able to work independently and take pride in performing the job to a high standard.
WORK SCHEDULE
There are two work patterns available - 1.) full time (35 hours) or 2.) part time (minimum 20 hours). Full time and part time shifts are mostly scheduled Monday to Friday, though there may occasionally be a weekend shift required. Please indicate your preference/availability when prompted in the application process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
So, what will I be doing every day?

Picking and packing ecommerce orders daily, running pre-dispatch checks and steaming/packaging all orders perfectly in line with company procedures and standards
- Processing press and influencer parcels and returns
- Processing order returns/refunds

Communicating with the customer service team to efficiently process order issues/customer requests

Reporting on fulfilment activity in an end of day report
- Cleaning and organising the fulfilment area on a weekly basis and supporting the Ecommerce Fulfilment Coordinator to ensure supplies packaging levels are maintained in line with company procedures
- Supporting stock deliveries, transfers and monthly inventory counts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years experience in ecommerce fulfilment/stockroom administration is required, preferably in womens fashion. Retail experience is a bonus.
- Organised with good attention to detail and extremely efficient picking and packing
- Calm, efficient and full of enthusiasm, even on the busiest of days
- Mature, responsible and accountable for completing all assigned tasks
