Office Sales Representative:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and committed Customer Services Representative.
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken and well-mannered individual to join our existing customer services team here at our London based food manufacturing company.
The Role:
The chosen candidate will be required to do the following:
- Be available to work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Be professional at all times, and respond to customer queries in a friendly, helpful and polite manner
- Provide a range of support services to existing customers using a telephone and via email
- Process purchase requests and log customer queries using the relevant in-house operating systems and payment processing machines
- Develop a sound understanding of our product range, and be able to effectively promote our products to new and existing customers
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Build and maintain positive relations with existing and new customers
Skills Required:
- Sound communication skills, including fluency in spoken English
- Passion for, and experience in, the provision of customer services
- Excellent time-keeping and organizational skills.
- A positive, confident and self-driven approach
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- An ability and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
