Front Office Receptionist - Host/ Hostess
Salary:£24,480 + Service Charge

What you will do as a Host / Hostess
- Enable a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage
- Ensure that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established; handle cash transactions and billing
- Assist with guest requests throughout their stay and handle guest complaints
- Maximise revenue opportunities through up selling
- Provide extensive knowledge of the available Hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the Hotel
