Endospheres®London, Birmingham and Manchester UKAbout the JobFenix Group srl the company that designed, manufactured and patented the Endospheres®, device Leader for more than 15 years in the medical / aesthetic sector, is looking for an experienced Sales Person to join their growing team to develop new business in the London Area, Birmingham Area and Manchester AreaYour new roleYou will report directly to the Branch Manager of our Office in London – UK.. Specifically:Complete management of the sales process, from the first contact / presentation in person, to the sale with the management of the after-sales phases;You will take care of guaranteeing customers in your area constant relationships, with your knowledge of the of the industry and your extensive sales experience, translating sales objectives into action plans previously shared with the Branch Manager;You will be supported in your daily business with company-generated leads and you will be the new point of reference for the existing customer portfolio thanks to your relationship-building and customer service skills;your business will be supported by an initial training dedicated to the Endospheres® world and sales techniques, with subsequent coaching in the field.We Require:Previous and proven sales experience preferably in aesthetic industry; extensive experience in selling aesthetic products or devices and an existing network of industry contacts will provide a distinct advantage;Excellent communication and professional skills;Focused and goal-oriented;Good work organizational skills;Good problem-solving attitude and flexibility;Computer skills (Office Package);Valid Driving License;Resident in the interested area;We Offer:Fixed compensation and reimbursement of expenses;Industry-leading commissions and premiums;Young, stimulating and dynamic work environment;Job Type:- Full time, freelance or employment opportunities offered, depending on level of experience.Salary:-£30,000.00-£80,000.00 per yearSchedule:- Day shiftResponsibilities:- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
