Staycity are looking for a Front Office Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. In return you’ll earn a highly competitive salary from £27,500 to £29,000 (depending on experience
Due to internal promotion we now are looking to recruit a Front Office Manager here at Liverpool City Centre.
Due to the success of our hotel we now want to introduce the next level of management. We are a 211 roomed aparthotel with a great support team already in place. Staycity Liverpool leads the way for F&B sales in the UK and is becoming the centre of excellence in our F&B range.

Key responsibilities as our Front Office Manager will include:
- To ensure the smooth running of the front desk on a daily basis, liaising between the guest and all departments
- Proactively encourage development and motivation for self and others.
- Monitor & action feedback received through guest satisfaction survey, 3rd party websites and resolve any disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within guidelines issued.
- To ensure that payment is verified upon check in and follow the procedure for each different payment type
- Supervise department employees ensuring the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated
- To anticipate and rectify problems to ensure the guests wellbeing and satisfaction within the hotel
- Manage and motivate a team of direct reports on a daily basis, Deputising in the absence of the Operations Manager
Our ideal Front Office Manager will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- A warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first
- Team attitude and good leadership skills
- Solid OPERA understanding is essential
- F&B knowledge is preferred but not essential as training can be given
- Management experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent competencies in Leadership, Planning and Organising, Communication and Influencing
Hours of Work:
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be required to work shifts covering weekends and if and when necessary cover night shifts.
