Job description
- This is a role is to ensure our customers receive the best customer service while using Ready rent a car by the following;
- To raise rental agreements in a timely and accurate manner.
- To answer customer calls and email efficiently.
- Ensuring all vehicles that go on hire are taxed, MOT'd and under service using our hire system.
- Keeping the working environment clean and safe.
- To check out and in, customer vehicles accurately and efficiently and invoicing the customer if any new damage has occurred.
- To contact long term customers to ensure all payments are up to date.
Skills required are as follows;

- Be a team player
- Work under pressure
- Computer skills are a must
- Basic vehicle knowledge would be helpful
Hours are;
Monday-Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm with an hour unpaid lunch
Saturday 8:15- 12:15pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £21,003.84 per year
