Job description

  • This is a role is to ensure our customers receive the best customer service while using Ready rent a car by the following;
  • To raise rental agreements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To answer customer calls and email efficiently.
  • Ensuring all vehicles that go on hire are taxed, MOT'd and under service using our hire system.
  • Keeping the working environment clean and safe.
  • To check out and in, customer vehicles accurately and efficiently and invoicing the customer if any new damage has occurred.
  • To contact long term customers to ensure all payments are up to date.

Skills required are as follows;

  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great problem solving skills.
  • Be a team player
  • Work under pressure
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Basic vehicle knowledge would be helpful

Hours are;

Monday-Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm with an hour unpaid lunch

Saturday 8:15- 12:15pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,003.84 per year
