We are seeking fun, customer-focused and energetic Waiting Staff and Restaurant Team Members to join our iconic Heavenly Desserts store in Batley on a full-time/part time. We also have some casual part-time positions available.
The perfect candidate is someone who has a passion for all things food and beverage, and thrives off a bustling environment.

Job Summary and Mission:
To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests
Taking customer orders, serving customers, clearing/setting tables and providing excellent customer service.
Work with the management team to ensure the booking procedure is followed and works flawlessly.
Work as part of a large team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our extensive menu.
Helping the KP/PotWash when/if required.
To uphold the Heavenly Desserts premium service experience consistently for all our guests.
Upholding compliance towards all health and safety, food safety guidelines, following policies and procedures and maintaining a spotlessly clean working environment.
Key Skills:
Demonstrate that you are a great team player
Ability to work unsupervised during busy times
Excellent customer service skills, with a great eye for detail
Comfortable and confident when dealing with customers
Good organisational skills
Have a smart appearance
You will need to be enthusiastic, engaging, hardworking and comfortable with the fast pace of a busy restaurant
