Fancy working at one of London’s most iconic venues? We’re looking for people who will wow our customers and ensure they have an unforgettable experience.
Up at The O2 is an exhilarating 90-minute experience that takes you on a guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway. We are looking for people to join our friendly and helpful Front of House team to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their experience with us.
In this role, you will provide best in class customer service to our guests as soon as they arrive for their climb. You will welcome them with a smile, process their admission tickets and serve them in the retail areas ensuring they always experience exceptional levels of service.
We are looking for positive, flexible, and approachable people. You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a customer focused environment; and thrive when it gets busy maintaining patience and empathy even when working under pressure.
We will give you a thorough induction and all the training you need to be successful in this role.
Important Information.
You’ll have a flexible approach to working hours including being able to work during school holidays, weekends, early evenings and bank holidays.
We are holding assessment centres on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 February, you will need to be able to attend in person to be able to be considered for this role. We’re looking for people available to start work w/c 13 March 2023.
