Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an administrator to join our Applicant Services team. The role will provide administrative support to applicants and other stakeholders throughout all stages of the admissions journey - enquiry to enrolment. You will be responsible, with other colleagues, for a range of duties including: Managing high volume inbox enquiries Liaising with applicants, parents, agents, regional offices and other stakeholders Processing Offer Letters and other correspondence Processing applicant documentation Working with finance teams to manage deposit payments and refunds Data Entry Event support - such as Open Days Further information is available in the . ABOUT THE TEAM This role is based within a large applicant services team within the Global Business and Marketing service. The team deals with all aspects of the admissions journey, from initial enquiry until the applicant begins the enrolment process. You will regularly work with colleagues outside your immediate team, within the wider applicant services team, the wider service and across the university so there are always opportunities to collaborate. Within Global Business and Marketing we deliver a range of services including Student Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing, PR and communications, TNE and International recruitment.
