We are currently looking for ideally experienced, professional and reliable members for our front of house team who can multitask in a high volume restaurant.
You MUST be available to work weekends and evenings. Shifts that involve closes will last at least 1.5hrs after closing and opens starting least two-three hours per opening.
HOWEVER EXPERIENCE IS NOT ALWAYS REQUIRED!

Candidates should be comfortable and competent working in a busy, fast paced and vibrant Caribbean restaurant. You will be serving customers in our new dine-in area, taking phone orders, handling takeaway orders and 3rd party delivery apps orders.
We move fast at Jerk Junction...if we love you as much as you love us immediate next day start is available.
Full training will be provided.
Pay is based on the national minimum wage depending age.
We have a number of team members with vast amounts of experience in hospitality that will support you along your journey at Jerk Junction.
Food and hygiene certificates desired.
Responsibilities for Front of House Team Member
- Taking payments and orders using an EPOS till/tablet
- Confident in dealing and approaching diverse groups of people; customer queries, complaints, questions, issues etc.
- Maintaining high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
- Delivering ‘best in town’ customer service
- Assembling meals and packing orders
- Delivering a great customer experience from start to finish
- Dealing with 3rd party drivers
- Opening or closing down the restaurant; cleaning, set up, using kitchen equipment etc.
Skills Required;
- Honest and trustworthy with a genuine smile that can connect with customers to make them feel valued
- Show initiative and confident in loan working during periods of the day
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work as ‘one team’ and have strong communications skills to work with back of house chefs
- Attentive and adaptable learner
- Customer service focused
- Confident in cash handling
