We are currently looking for exceptional front of house staff to join our dynamic team on a on a full or part-time basis! In a customer facing role, you will need to be positive, hungry for a challenge and keen to make a real difference. It’s very important to the Yiayias team that we work hard to make our customers happy.

As a Front of House Waiter/Waitress at Yiayias you will:

• Provide outstanding levels of customer service
• Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people.
• Have excellent attention to detail and good knowledge of our food and beverages.
• Be immaculately presented.

We're looking for someone with a big personality and a can-do attitude. Someone who goes the extra mile to create guest experiences and build relationships.

Full training will be provided, including our new online training tool, as well as plenty of additional support from the Management and support team.

The ideal Waiter/Waitress has:

• At least 2 year's previous experience of working a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile;
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
• Availability to work weekends and evenings and be flexible.
