Bell Hotel & Inn is looking for a Front End Associate to join our team in Woburn
Job Description:
The Front End Associate is responsible for assisting the restaurant manager with daily tasks. This position requires a team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with front-of-house guest service tasks such as taking orders, serving drinks, and clearing dishes
- Assist with food preparation and cleanup
- Assist with the use of special equipment such as fryers, slicers, etc.
- Cleaning of tables and counters
- Restock and maintain the front of the house area (including restrooms, tables, chairs, silverware, etc.)as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization and with management on an as-needed basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift (as needed) without assistance
- Food Handlers Permit (where applicable)
- Previous bar experience
