Colliers International’s London office is looking for a receptionist to join their expanding team based in 1 Kingsbridge Green. The London team handles commercial, residential and investment property in and around Central London. You will be primarily responsible for providing efficient and effective reception and administrative duties for the Property.
- To be the front of house representative for the property.
- To meet and greet clients and provide them with a friendly and professional service.
- To Manage the coordination of visitors for external clients, contractors, and internal staff.
- To ensure presentation of the reception areas, office and front of House are always of excellent standard.
- To ensure that the switchboard of calls is answered promptly both for internal and external clients.
- To deal with internal and external queries and to ensure that they are dealt with in a professional manner.
- To be the first point of contact for all Building facilities enquiries.
- To support the Assistant Building Manager with ad hoc secretarial duties.
- To manage and monitor the central info@ email addresses.
- To ensure a database of occupiers is accurate and up to date with the present occupants.
- Record client job request onto data management system.
- Monitor all onsite stationary requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and smart appearance.
- Excellent organisation skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills. Punctual time keeping
- Must be able to work proactively and on own initiative.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Previous reception experience in a corporate environment... advantageo
