Suitable for someone who: Is professional with good interpersonal skills and a friendly and cheerful disposition as the first point of contact for service users, carers, health professionals and third-party organisations. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with effective teamworking, time management and organisational skills and has the ability to understand information quickly and identify relevant course of action. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as the first point of contact for service users, carers, health professionals and third-party organizations. To ensure that all incoming calls to switchboard and site are answered promptly and in a professional manner and directed to the relevant person or team, to meet the callers requirements. Greet clients and visitors to the Trust and alert team members of their arrival including use of SystmOne or offer direction, as required. Responsible for ensuring the waiting area is clean and tidy and that the stock of leaflets and forms are well maintained. Desirable; Previous work in an NHS / Healthcare environment Experience of working with people with mental health / substance misuse issues.
