The Acorn Group is one of London and Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies. Incorporating Acorn, Langford Russell and John Payne Estate Agents, we have 40 offices and 20 divisions. We are currently looking to recruit a Head Receptionist to work within our Headquarters in Bromley Kent.

You will receive full training and ongoing support from the Operations and Senior Management teams.
Please note, that previous experience running and managing a busy reception desk is essential for this position.

- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Previous experience running and managing a busy reception desk
- Excellent telephone manner
- Candidates must be confident and articulate
- Impeccable customer service and attention to detail
- A willingness to take control and responsibility for a busy Headquarters
- Punctuality and dedication
Key responsibilities & activities:
- Opening of the building
- Diary management of 8 meeting spaces within the building
- Coordination and set up of internal and external staff and client meetings
- Maintenance of the office to include weekly walk arounds and reviewal of stock
- Issues to be reported to the maintenance and cleaning teams and jobs monitored until they have been resolved
- Greeting clients and visitors, offering refreshments and running a secure check in/out system
- Liaising with all departments to notify them of guests, clients, contractors and deliveries
- General administrative tasks such as sorting and delivering post, shredding, ordering supplies
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the building throughout
- Assisting the senior management team with adhoc duties
- Coordinate the dry cleaning service operating from HQ via a third party

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
