The front of house coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences as you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting Remedi. You will be required to have a full understanding of Remedi's services and retail products to ensure accurate information is given and to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- You will be responsible for the reception and waiting area, ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment
- Greet patients into the clinic and checking them in using our online patient software
- Ensuring all patients are given the relevant medical forms prior to treatment and ensuring these have been completed
- Opening and closing the clinic (includes taking fridge temperatures and setting up clinic rooms for the day) - completing opening/closing daily checklists
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, whatsapp and website messages including booking client appointments
- Handling/managing practitioner clinic schedules
- Checking patients out and taking payments
- End of day cash up and assisting with invoicing
- Help with doing the monthly stock count and ordering stock
Skills required:
You will need to be proficient in appointment management with the use of our IT systems. You will need to have had experience with client facing customer services and to have worked in either a medical clinic or a health/medi spa.
You will need to have an understanding of legal best practice standards regarding data protection. As a clinic front of house receptionist you will need to be very organised and have the ability to multitask. You will also need to have excellent speaking and writing skills and be able to know how to work autonomously as well as in a team.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 09:30am - 17:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,429.00-£24,678.00 per year
